Asian Council of Science Editors is the first and the foremost organization in Asia
that was developed with the aim to provide a unified and active platform for Asian editors and scholars
where they can understand about their editorial problems, learn about the solutions and devotedly
take up the future challenges to enhance the quality of Asian Scientific and Scholarly publications.

Asian Council of Science Editors is a nonprofit Asia based, internationally oriented organization created to connect the Asian scholarly community, promote best practices in scholarly publishing and disseminate the intelligent information and solutions


Our vision is to be recognized as the most reliable resource that provides an active forum to scholarly publishing community and professionals where they can find the solutions of current and emerging issues in scholarly communications


Our mission is to connect professionals, develop intelligent resources, disseminate intelligent information and collaborate with regional and international organizations to represent the scholarly and professional publishing community of Asia around the world


The ACSE Constitution Articles are current as of September 2014 and include all changes adopted through that date.

Constitution Articles may only be changed upon approval by the Board of Directors.

Changes must be processed through the responsible unit and be accepted by the unit's sector before consideration by the Board of Directors.
