Terms and conditions

  1. For all inquiries related to the meeting agenda, information, or registration process, please contact our Event Coordinator, Jean Ashley, at jean@theacse.com.
  2. The list of attendees, which includes delegates' names, affiliations, and countries, will be circulated among sponsors. If you do not want your details to be included, please inform us by email at jean@theacse.com.
  3. Participant who cancel their registration within 20 days prior to the event or do not attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Speaker registration cancellations are only accepted up to one month before the event. Please email our Event Coordinator at jean@theacse.com to cancel. A $30 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Reimbursement for cancellations will be made after the meeting dates have concluded.
