Terms and conditions
- For all inquiries about the event agenda, information, or registration process, please get in touch with our Event Coordinator, Jean Ashley, at jean@theacse.com.
- The attendees' list, including delegates' names, affiliations, and countries, will be circulated among sponsors. If you want to avoid having your details included, please inform us by email at jean@theacse.com.
- Participants who cancel their registration within 30 days before the event or do not attend the event are not eligible for a refund.
- For our esteemed speakers, please note that registration cancellations are only accepted up to one month before the event. This allows us to plan the event effectively. To cancel, please email our Event Coordinator at jean@theacse.com. A 100 USD administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.
- Reimbursement for cancellations will be made after the event dates have concluded.
