The 10th ACSE Annual Meeting, held in conjunction with the 5th Asian Conference on Science, Technology, and Medicine (ACSTM), was a landmark event that brought together leading academics, researchers, and professionals from across the globe. The two-day event took place on August 17th and 18th, 2024, at the Khalidia Palace Hotel, Deira Dubai,and featured a rich agenda focused on advancing scholarly publishing, fostering collaboration, and exploring the latest trends and innovations in science, technology, and medicine.

Key Highlights:

  • Attendance: The conference achieved a record turnout, drawing over 350 delegates from more than 20 countries. The diverse mix of participants, including renowned experts, emerging scholars, and industry leaders, created a dynamic and engaging environment.
  • Sessions & Speakers: The meeting featured 14 insightful talks along with a panel discussion and technical session exploring real-time cases submitted to the council. Prominent speakers from industry and academia delivered thought-provoking presentations on topics ranging from the future of peer review to the impact of AI on scholarly publishing and scientific research fields.
  • Networking Opportunities: Numerous networking sessions provided delegates with opportunities to connect, share ideas, and establish collaborations. The interactive formats, including roundtable discussions and breakout sessions, facilitated meaningful exchanges between participants.

Event Outcomes:

  • Collaborative Initiatives:During the meeting, several new collaborations, including joint research projects, co-authorships, and partnerships between institutions, were initiated. These collaborations are expected to significantly benefit the academic community in the coming months.
