Role and Responsibilities
A successful conference relies on an active conference organizing committee. The following roles and responsibilities are expected of the committee to ensure the event's success:

1. Plan, develop, and coordinate with other committee members.
2. Prepare a preliminary call for papers for early distribution.
3. Participate in the review process of presentation abstracts and manuscripts.
4. Suggest and invite potential speakers.
5. Assist in assembling the conference program.
6. Organize specific conference sessions.
7. Aid Conference Chairs in publicizing the conference and soliciting abstracts.
8. Serve as Session Chair when requested by Conference Chairs.
9. Introduce Emerging Scientist within their professional circles.
