Registration

To register for The ACSE Annual Conference 2019, we advise all participants to register online. Alternatively, please download the PDF version of the registration form; complete the form and e-mail it to: acse@theacse.com. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation. The expected processing time is 7-10 business days. Once you have the registration number you can proceed for hotel booking on the Travel and Accommodation page.

Final Deadline for Registration

Presenter's registration forms received after January 07, 2019 will be processed only as on-site.

Instructions for Registrants

  1. All Invited Speakers, Session Speakers, and Delegates will need to register themselves online (https://theacse.com/conference/reg/)

  2. Students from academia may also register at a preferential student rate, provided, a copy of their student status/ID is submitted along with their registration form.

  3. Exhibitors Each exhibiting company will be entitled to one free exhibiting staff pass. They will be registered as 'Exhibitor Complimentary'. Any additional exhibitor registrations will be registered as 'Exhibitor Additional Nominee' as given in the registration schedule.
