Dr. Jiayi Xu is the Director of Publishing Strategy at Bon View Publishing, where she leads the strategic development of the publisher’s journals, focusing on international collaborations, market expansion, and advancing ethical publishing practices. She previously served as Deputy Director of the Editorial Office for English Journals at Chongqing University of Technology, where she managed multiple international journals and academic conferences. Since 2020, she has volunteered for the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), first as an Associate Editor and, since 2023, as an Editor. She also serves as an advisory cabinet member of the Asian Council of Science Editors and as a member of the Youth Committee of the Society of China University Journals. She holds a PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Master’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University.
