Ashutosh Ghildiyal has spent almost two decades in scholarly publishing, taking on various roles, primarily in customer service and business development. He has worked with authors, institutions, and publishers, with a significant focus on setting up international businesses and taking them from zero to one in markets such as China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and India. In his current role as VP of Growth and Strategy at Integra, he collaborates with scholarly publishers and societies to support both upstream and downstream workflows. Integra’s expertise spans processes such as manuscript screening, research integrity, peer review, and production, leveraging AI-based products alongside human expert-led services. Ashutosh has a keen interest in the application of AI to improve the peer review process and has written several articles on reviewer fatigue and AI.
